Job Description

Our teams are growing fast, and we are looking for an administrator based in the Netherlands who can help us with a wide array of financial tasks and act as liaison between management and the accountant.

Job Responsibility

  • Debtor management
  • Payments / creditors / invoices control from subcontractors
  • Billing and cost overviews
  • Act as main contact between various payroll offices (in NL, Spain, DE and US) regarding salaries and other administrative matters
  • Banking
  • Commission statements controller

Requirements

  • Basic accounting or financial background with 1-4 years prior relevant experience within finance, accounting or similar
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • High proficiency of Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment
  • You enjoy taking responsibility and showing initiative
