Job Description:

We are seeking an Administration Lead to oversee and optimize administrative functions at a leading mutual fund company. The role will manage administrative operations, support senior leadership, ensure compliance, and streamline office processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations
  • Oversee office management, facilities, and vendor relations
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate internal and external communications and meetings
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the mutual fund industry is a plus
