Job Responsibility

  • Processing supplier invoices, including preparing payment orders
  • Maintaining the bank ledger
  • Managing the general ledgers for costs and revenues
  • Supporting the processing of time sheets by an external payroll administration agency
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Providing documents for quarterly and annual closings.

Requirements

  • Completed an MBO-4 level education in business administration/accounting and has 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of English
  • Dutch and French is an advantage
  • Independent character, knows how to set priorities, and is accurate
  • Not afraid of varied tasks.

What we offer

  • Salary based on experience and the Travel Industry CLA, between €2300 and €2800 gross per month (full-time basis)
  • 5 months contract from June through October
  • 28-32 hours per week
