Job Responsibility:
Lead financial accounting support for overseas subsidiaries
Provide guidance on internal controls and best practices to subsidiaries
Support overseas subsidiary year-end and interim close processes
Contribute to the consolidation and reporting of international financial data
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of effective accounting systems and processes
Collaborate with other team members on special projects and initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial accounting role, with a focus on international operations
Proven experience supporting overseas subsidiaries with accounting tasks
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required for email communications, and further use in meetings and travel will be required in the future
Japanese language proficiency is preferred but not essential
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
