Financial Accounting Staff

• Lead financial accounting support for overseas subsidiaries
• Provide guidance on internal controls and best practices to subsidiaries
• Support overseas subsidiary year-end and interim close processes
• Contribute to the consolidation and reporting of international financial data
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of effective accounting systems and processes
• Collaborate with other team members on special projects and initiatives

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial accounting role, with a focus on international operations
• Proven experience supporting overseas subsidiaries with accounting tasks
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required for email communications, and further use in meetings and travel will be required in the future
• Japanese language proficiency is preferred but not essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
