Job Responsibility

  • Keeping the accounting records in quality and according to the required timeline
  • Booking of all kinds of financial documents in the financial system, also issuing the intercompany invoices
  • Keeping records of fixed assets
  • Preparing payments
  • Being responsible for all activities related to books closing (month, quarter, year) and accounting reporting duties, including preparation of financial statements
  • Preparing all tax declarations and returns (including Real estate tax)
  • Preparing other reports for the Group purposes
  • Supporting operational teams in all matters related to finance, accounting and taxes – as required, considering specifics of holding structure
  • Working environment: Microsoft tools (Dynamics 365, MS Office, MS Teams)

Requirements

  • Experience in working with MS Dynamics (preferably D365)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience on positions in accounting (GL + reporting tasks)
  • Experience in preparation of financial statements and all kinds of tax declarations (including Real estate tax) and National bank, statistical office report
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of Polish accounting and tax acts
  • Fluent communication in English (both written & oral)
