Job Description:

We in the accounting team ensure that all financial processes within our group of companies run smoothly and efficiently. We take care of the proper recording and mapping of all business transactions and our diligent work ensures that all legal requirements are reliably met. In addition, we act as an internal interface for all accounting issues and maintain professional cooperation with tax advisors and authorities.

Job Responsibility:

Processing of the group's ongoing financial accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
Carrying out proper bookkeeping in compliance with GoB and internal guidelines
Processing asset accounting, provisions and accruals and deferrals
Reconciling accounts and preparing advance VAT returns and statistical reports
Organization of payment transactions and preparation of monthly financial statements in DATEV

Requirements:

Completed training in accounting, e.g. tax specialist or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in a medium-sized company or tax firm
Structured, solution-oriented way of working with high quality standards when dealing with accounting issues
Strong teamwork skills and personal responsibility
Confident handling of MS Office and DATEV
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
