Financial Accountant

• Assist the team with the implementation of the new Workday General Ledger accounting system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of financial transactions across the Group
• Calculate monthly revenue accruals and ensure RCTI invoices are prepared in line with expectations
• Prepare accurate monthly consolidated management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Track, analyse, and report on budget variances
• Support strong financial stewardship, including monitoring cash flow and capital expenditure
• Support tax filings and statutory obligations as required
• Maintain accurate and timely general ledgers for individual entities, business units, and the consolidated group
• Ensure timely and accurate bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with payroll processing as needed
• Maintain effective governance frameworks and reporting systems to meet legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations
• Liaise with auditors and external advisors to support compliance and corporate integrity
• Ensure internal controls and audit processes are robust and aligned with industry standards
• Undertake finance-related project work at the direction of the Head of Finance or other members of the finance team

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar Financial Accountant role
• Workday General Ledger experience highly desirable
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and balance sheet reconciliation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
