Job Description:

Come and join one of the global leaders in the distribution of electrical products! It's a growing acquisition with a number of new acquisition in the last year. In this key role, you will be reporting to the Accounting Supervisor. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely finance and accounting information, as well as accounting support as required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and post journal entries for Month-end / Quarter-End within established deadlines. Including Accruals, reclassification and adjustments
  • Provide reports and financial analysis as required to senior management to drive improved decision making
  • Assist in process integrity and improvements, including developing automated solutions

Requirements:

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in month-end close and financial reporting
  • Must be extremely proficient in excel and have had some exposure to Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills as there will be a lot of business partnering
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable and think on your feet
