Financial Accountant

• Own the entry and reconciliation of payments flowing in and out of our bank accounts into NetSuite
• Post journals for prepayments and accruals at month end
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations across four territories
• Pull together revenue reconciliations
• Take the lead on invoicing and cash collection
• Manage the recording of online donation income across multiple countries, including monthly reconciliation of payment gateways
• Process and prepare annual Gift Aid claims to HMRC
• Collate work papers for the annual audit process across Movember Europe and Movember Canada
• Support the Head of Financial Control with ad hoc reporting, GST return preparation

• A CA, CPA or CIMA designation with at least two years' experience in a similar role
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — you'll be working with colleagues across multiple countries
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and a genuine can-do attitude
• Comfort working flexibly across time zones as part of a global finance team

Experience with NetSuite and/or Concur
