Job Description:

As a Financial Accountant, you'll play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and delivering accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Job Responsibility:

Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and HMRC regulations
Manage VAT returns and support tax planning
Prepare acquisition accounts and validate completion accounts
Submit Confirmation Statements to Companies House
Implement and maintain internal controls
Lead internal and external audits
Collaborate across departments to support financial strategies

Requirements:

ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
