Job Description

As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role on controlling and reporting. You will handle complex accounting issues and provides analytical support for decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead complex controlling and reporting tasks for assigned business units
  • Project accounting
  • Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and forecasts
  • Investigate variances, identify financial risks, and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls, and audits
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business and finance leaders
  • Support training and knowledge-sharing across the finance team

Requirements

  • 3 years post qualification experience in an accounting/financial reporting role
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting/finance or a professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
  • Technical: Financial reporting, variance analysis, consolidation, audit prep. Knowledge of IFRS
  • Behavioral: Analytical insight, accountability, communication, influence.
  • Business: Business acumen, risk awareness, stakeholder partnerships.
  • Strong communicator, organised and thrive in an environment of mutual respect, openness and collaboration
