Job Description

As a CCM Specialist, you optimize complex contract structures within the CCS system. You mitigate financial risks and drive process improvements at Tesa B.V. , collaborating closely with Finance and Sales teams to maximize business impact. In this strategic role at Tesa B.V., you operate as the key linker between operational data and commercial success. You lead system enhancements and safeguard revenue integrity.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as Key User for the CCS system and support local affiliates with technical questions.
  • Translate complex sales contracts into precise system requirements and conditions.
  • Verify active and passive settlements, including bonus invoices and dispute resolution.
  • Monitor DSO metrics and establish a predictive pre-warning system to reduce late payments.
  • Drive process optimization cycles in close cooperation with Key Account Management.

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or finance.
  • You have at least three years of experience in Finance or Sales Support.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You have proven experience working with SAP and Excel.
