Financial Accountant & Admin Manager

• Oversee comprehensive financial management, month end close and reporting back to headquarters
• Manage tax filings, statutory audits, and effectively liaise with external advisors and government agencies
• Support external audits and meticulously manage all audit documentation
• Maintain accurate and timely general ledger records
• Ensure strict compliance with Australian accounting standards, tax law, and corporate policies
• Manage administrative operations such as procurement, IT coordination, and general office oversight
• Carry out any additional accounting-related duties as directed by the Managing Director

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of Australian accounting and tax regulations
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• CPA or CA qualification (or working toward it) is preferred
• Experience in a multinational company environment is an advantage
