Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as member of our Finance young professional program (d/f/m) - #Finance NextGen. The mission of the program: Fostering and deepening participants’ financial knowledge and expertise on the Airbus world of Finance, enlarging the scope to the international financial context; Linking formal learning with rotating, real-business project assignments; Increasing participants’ project management and leadership competencies; Encouraging networking, job shadowing, mobility and cross-cultural experiences; Mentorship from a member of the Finance Top Management. You will join Airbus Helicopters Treasury (FTHO) within Finance in Donauworth. You will be a key player of Airbus Helicopters Operational Treasury team (7 people, 4 in Marignane & 3 in Donauworth). You will work closely with a large variety of stakeholders: AH Finance Departments (Planning & Reporting, Consolidation, Program Controlling, Procurement Controlling, M&A,...) AH Customer Centers and Airbus Treasury in Toulouse.

Job Responsibility

  • AH Division Cash Forecast & Actuals: Consolidate cash figures from all providers
  • Deliver Free Cash Flow (FCF) & Cash forecast & actuals on a monthly basis
  • Identify Risks & Opportunities to achieve targets
  • Attend & prepare monthly Cash Management review with AH CFO
  • Drive the end of month process
  • AHD Cash Forecast & Actuals: Collect relevant data from various stakeholders
  • Prepare AHD cash actuals & FC “Database” file for Consolidation
  • Perform deviation analysis for AHD
  • AH / AHD FX management: Monitor FX exposure (AH & AHD)
  • Monitor hedge portfolio (AH & AHD)
  • Provide month-end MtM file to AH & AHD
  • Prepare AH & AHD USD Exposure & Hedging for the CFO review
  • Prepare AH division FX exposure for reporting to Airbus Treasury

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance / Accounting / Controlling
  • At least 1 to 3 years professional experience
  • IT/digital oriented (Excel, Google Suite, SAP, Calypso, Cash pooler...)
  • Fluent English & German in reading, speaking & writing
  • Ability to deal several topics at the same time & to work quickly
  • Team player, reliable, rigorous, well organized with strong communication skills
