Job Description:

The Finance Voyager program at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne offers recent graduates an 18-month, full-time immersion into luxury hotel financial operations as part of Marriott International’s Voyage Global Leadership Development Program. Participants rotate through key finance functions, build leadership skills, and are prepared for supervisory roles in hotel finance upon program completion.

Job Responsibility:

Cultivate strong financial and operational partnerships across hotel departments
Champion innovation by identifying efficiencies in financial processes
Gain experience in budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting
Participate in audits, compliance checks, and revenue analysis
Lead or contribute to special projects designed to optimise profitability
Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams

Requirements:

Graduated from a university or business school within the past year
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher-level education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and foster relationships
Self-motivation and a passion for personal and professional growth
Work authorization in the country you apply
