Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Finance/Treasury Manager to join our team in Long Beach, California. This role involves overseeing cash flow operations, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in treasury management and a collaborative approach to drive departmental success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise daily financial reporting and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure operational funding needs are met
  • Oversee company banking functions, cash accounts, and compliance with credit facilities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to support financial decision-making
  • Ensure corporate tax compliance and manage intercompany transactions
  • Implement and refine financial controls and systems to enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage and mentor finance staff, fostering collaboration and growth focused on attention to detail within the department
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved performance
  • Utilize advanced Excel functionalities such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, and VLOOKUPs for data analysis and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to integrate inventory accounting processes into financial operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial management
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and budgeting processes
  • Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in data exports, reconciliations, and formulas
  • Strong knowledge of corporate tax compliance and intercompany transfer procedures
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented environments
