Barclays requires an exceptional Director-level Finance & Treasury AI Delivery Lead who combines deep expertise in large-scale programme delivery, AI-enabled transformation, data strategy, and enterprise architecture. This executive will be responsible for shaping and orchestrating the end-to-end AI transformation agenda across the CFO landscape, ensuring the successful integration of AI capabilities into critical business platforms and operating models. Working in close partnership with Finance Transformation, the FMT-1 Accountable Executive for AI across the CFO function, AI Centres of Excellence, and Technology CIOs, this leader will drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable business outcomes that strengthen Barclays' competitive advantage.
