Job Description:

The Finance Transformation Project Manager is responsible of the organization and the supervision of the Four Seasons Finance Transformation for FS Resort Seychelles. Notably, the project manager shall lead the finance systems migration process from planning to post-implementation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organization and supervision of the Four Seasons Finance Transformation for FS Resort Seychelles
  • Lead the finance systems migration process from planning to post-implementation
  • OnTrack (labour productivity system) implementation
  • Cleansing and validation of: Procurement System (Birchstreet) data, Balance Sheet accounts, SUN accounting system data
  • Revplan Forecasting and Budgeting Tool
  • Onestream accounting, reporting and procurement system implementation
  • Standardization and harmonization of finance processes
  • Uniformity of the Chart of Accounts (CoA)
  • Payroll coding alignment
  • Definition and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Management of local statutory requirements
  • Tax consolidation alignment
  • Fixed assets treatment and system mapping
  • Liaison with the Corporate Deployment Lead
  • Ongoing transformation support
  • End-user training coordination and delivery
  • Finance process streamlining
  • Design and implementation of post-implementation controls
  • Data migration and transfer oversight
  • Validation and reconciliation of migrated data
  • Monitoring post-migration operational effectiveness
  • Assisting the Assistant Director of Finance in maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • College education or equivalent experience
  • Two (2) to five (5) years experience with a Finance Department, preferably within a hotel.

  • Be the single contact for local transformation efforts
  • manage local resources, coordinating with global Finance Transformation teams to adequately support projects and provide coaching to maintain high quality
  • Build relationships within Finance and other team members from business (Sales, Channel, Legal) and technology teams (Technical Program Managers, Engineers)
