We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to play a key role in evolving a global finance function within a complex, multi-entity organisation. This position will lead high-impact initiatives focused on standardising processes, strengthening controls, and preparing the business for future ERP and finance technology investment. You will work cross-functionally to deliver scalable, efficient, and insight-driven finance capabilities that support business growth and performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead ERP readiness and finance transformation initiatives, including process standardisation and operating model design
  • Assess and optimise finance processes, systems, and data to improve efficiency, control, and scalability
  • Strengthen governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
  • Drive the transition from siloed operations to a consistent global finance model
  • Enhance management reporting, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, including stakeholder management and benefits realisation

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant or strong finance background with experience in transformation, ERP, or process improvement
