We are currently working with a leading customer centric business based in Hampshire. The business is going through an exciting phase and as the business continues to expand, they are seeking a Finance Transformation Manager who can play a key role in supporting their next phase of growth and development.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for delivering process improvement and automation by leveraging tools such as AI, across transactional finance processes and controls testing
  • Part of the team that shapes the future of finance operations by implementing AI‑driven workflows, modernising legacy processes, and driving efficiency and accuracy across the function
  • Ownership around end‑to‑end automation initiatives and continuous improvement to transform the way finance teams operate

Requirements

  • Deliver AI‑driven automation across finance to create smarter, faster, more reliable processes
  • Use tools such as Alteryx, GPT technologies, Power Automate and Power Query to optimise finance activity, integrating this into ERP systems to improve data accuracy and reporting
  • Continuously enhance automation solutions using performance data and user feedback, identifying inefficiencies and drive measurable improvements
  • Act as the finance lead on major cross‑functional projects, from opportunity assessment to full delivery
  • Partner with finance, IT and compliance to ensure automation aligns to business priorities
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels and champion the benefits of AI‑powered automation
  • Proven experience in process improvement and finance operations, ideally high‑volume
  • Hands‑on expertise with automation tools (Alteryx, GPTs, Power Automate) and/or advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge stakeholders and propose innovative alternatives and approaches
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI‑driven transformation
  • Track record of delivering scalable automation with measurable impact
