Finance Transformation Manager

• Collaborate with teams to quantify the financial value of transformation initiatives, including impacts on cost, revenue, working capital, and productivity
• Ensure that transformation impacts are accurately reflected in budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Partner with Corporate FP&A and Finance stakeholders to deliver consistent reporting, forecasting, and executive summaries
• Work closely with the Transformation Office to translate operational activities into clear P&L and cash flow impacts
• Create and maintain standardized templates and governance routines for tracking business cases, variances, and executive updates
• Provide actionable financial insights to support leadership decisions, trade-offs, and transparency as the organization grows
• Oversee budget governance, including planning, forecasting, and controls, while linking these to transformation outcomes
• Enhance cost-to-serve transparency by implementing consistent allocation and reporting practices
• Establish robust governance for third-party costs by connecting expenses to performance metrics and KPIs
• Continuously refine templates, data controls, and reporting processes to improve speed, accuracy, and stakeholder confidence

• Strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) with a proven track record of success
• Exceptional ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis
• Extensive experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Familiarity with outsourcing models and their financial implications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial concepts effectively

Prior involvement in finance transformation projects is a plus
