Job Description:

This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to lead payroll-related initiatives and ensure seamless configuration and testing processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the implementation of payroll frequency changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Configure new pay groups and oversee setup within payroll systems
  • Conduct thorough testing of payroll systems to validate functionality and resolve any issues
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables related to payroll transformation activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of payroll initiatives
  • Provide expertise in ADP Autopay configuration and EV5 payroll systems
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within payroll operations
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing challenges proactively
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll-related system configurations

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with ADP payroll systems, including Autopay configuration
  • Proficiency in EV5 payroll testing and configuration
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience working in a similar capacity, preferably with ADP systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance and regulatory standards

  • Be the single contact for local transformation efforts
