Compass Associates are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation operating within the elderly care sector. Following a period of sustained growth, the business is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Director to support the modernisation and future development of its finance function. This is a newly created opportunity for a forward-thinking finance professional who can identify efficiencies, streamline processes and help deliver a long-term transformation strategy. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and wider leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in improving systems, reporting capabilities and operational effectiveness across the organisation.

Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

  • Exposure to automation, AI or digital transformation initiatives would be advantageous
