Job Description

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Finance Process Improvement & Automation Coordinator will be the driving force behind how we build, automate, and scale our finance operations. Your mission is clear: help transform our finance team into a high-reliability, high-impact function by designing smarter processes, leveraging our core systems, and freeing up managers to focus on what truly matters.

Job Responsibility

  • Systems Management: Own and optimize finance systems ecosystem including Navision (Business Central) ERP, Medius (Accounts Payable), e-invoicing platforms, billing and payment terminal systems
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Lead identification, design, and implementation of process improvements across finance function
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Build and maintain structured documentation framework in Confluence
  • Project Management: Plan and deliver finance transformation projects end-to-end
  • Stakeholder Enablement: Partner with finance managers and team leads to understand pain points, co-design solutions, drive change adoption

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance process improvement, systems implementation, or finance transformation projects
  • Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems (Navision / Business Central preferred)
  • Experience with workflow automation and data integration tools (KNIME, n8n, zapier, make or similar) is a plus
  • Strong project management skills — structured, organized, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • Experience building process documentation and knowledge bases (Confluence or similar)
  • A builder’s mindset: you see inefficiency as an opportunity, not a complaint
  • Ability to bridge the gap between finance teams and technology — translating business needs into system solutions
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy while keeping stakeholders aligned
