Job Responsibility

  • Act as a Finance Leader and Business Partner: Provide finance leadership in business decisions and external interactions (sales/production engineering) that directly influence the direction of our business
  • Become a Problem Solver: Develop a deep understanding of business and market dynamics, analyze data, identify key insights, and offer financial expertise
  • Embrace Risk: Take ownership of significant projects from Day 1, transforming and streamlining both local and regional operations

Requirements

  • 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year student from any faculty or a recent graduate with an interest in Finance
  • Proficient in English and Ukrainian
  • Strong leadership and strategic analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent collaboration abilities and the capacity to work across diverse organizations and teams
  • Ability to effectively manage time to achieve ambitious goals
