Are you coming from a finance, banking, or market-data environment and excited to grow deeper into the technical side of FinTech? If you bring strong analytical skills, an understanding of financial instruments, and curiosity about technology, we will train you to operate and support our proprietary index platform. This position offers a clear growth path from finance expertise into technical application support within a global, high-performance environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for our proprietary index and market-data applications, ensuring stable and reliable daily operations
  • Monitor end-to-end financial workflows, analyzing data anomalies, pricing deviations, and index calculation behavior
  • Support business stakeholders in Hong Kong, Frankfurt, and Toronto with technical finance-related inquiries
  • Investigate incidents affecting index calculations and coordinate cross-functional resolution
  • Validate index methodology changes, corporate actions, and data feeds prior to release
  • Contribute to testing and quality assurance for platform updates
  • Maintain documentation of financial processes, controls, and application workflows
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks or improve data quality controls
  • Participate in weekend support rotations for release and pre-market checks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial markets, e.g. market data, trading operations, risk, investment operations, middle office, structuring, or index/ETF operations
  • Proficiency in SQL and Linux
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, corporate actions, reference data)
  • Analytical mindset with interest in technology and willingness to learn application support
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to basic scripting concepts (Python, VBA, or similar) is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with market-data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE Data Services)
