Talentmark are recruiting for a Finance Team Coordinator in a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis to end of 2026.

Job Responsibility

  • Support Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Drive team meetings
  • Champion team engagement including arranging team activities, etc.
  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and follow-up actions
  • Calendar and travel arrangements for senior staff
  • Manage PO and vendor workflows, including SAP queries and tracking

Requirements

  • Good project management skills including managing multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • High level of computer literacy including key systems and processes (SAP, Ariba, Concur, SharePoint, etc.)
