As a Talent Programs Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and leading a coordinated set of development programs to support Finance employees across various levels and stages of their careers. This isn't just a program management role – it’s an opportunity to gain a bird’s-eye view of how we develop a world-class Finance organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Build the Future (L&D Programming): Partner directly with Finance teams to architect and launch a new portfolio of Finance Talent programs. You will help design initiatives that impact employees across career stages and milestones
  • As the lead for the US Finance Development Program (FDP), you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our early-career talent
  • Talent Pipeline: Drive the recruiting strategy and intern conversion process
  • The Experience: Manage new hire onboarding and the high-stakes rotation placement process
  • Career Launch: Guide participants through their post-program placement into permanent roles
  • Curriculum: Curate high-impact programming, including Wall Street Prep, Speaker Series, our new Leadership programming and our annual Summit
  • FDP Global Alignment: Collaborate with Regional Program Leads to ensure a consistent FDP experience worldwide. Support the performance management process and long-term strategic vision for the program

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 6+ years experience across Finance and Learning & Development roles

Nice to have

  • Extensive experience designing, delivering, and managing leadership development or capability-building programs, with a strong grasp of adult learning and program design principles
  • Finance experience and understanding of skills and competencies required to be successful operating at all levels in a Finance organization
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with everyone from new interns to senior leaders across in dynamic, high-growth environments
