Job Description

Glean is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst who will support and enhance Glean’s finance technology stack across ERP, billing, tax, banking, CRM and related tools. This role will report to the Finance Systems Manager and partner closely with Accounting, Revenue, FP&A, and IT to ensure that finance processes are accurately modelled in systems, changes are well controlled, and data remains reliable for reporting and audit.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in the Finance System Implementation/ enhancements projects for various areas such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report etc.
  • Maintain master data and configurations (e.g., chart of accounts, entities/subsidiaries, tax codes, items, customers, vendors, roles/permissions) in line with Finance policies
  • Triage and resolve user issues and service requests, including access, configuration questions, and data corrections, escalating to vendors/IT where required
  • Administer data integrity amongst Finance System data points
  • Provide assistance to the Finance System Manager in design of test cases, testing and documentation
  • Prepare documentation for - Business Use Case, Business Requirements Gathering, User Playbook etc
  • Provide assistance to the Finance System Manager for project management, system maintenance, process improvements, data management etc
  • Coordinate with external vendors/partners (e.g., ERP/billing/tax vendors, implementation partners, banks) for issue resolution, enhancements, and roadmap discussions

Requirements

  • M.Com/M.B.A in Finance/ Accounting
  • 1-2 years of experience in Accounting/ Finance with a good understanding of accounting concepts and working exposure in ERP environments such as Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Dynamics etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and a passion for finance systems environment
