Finance Systems Support Manager

• Partner with IT and finance stakeholders to deploy new SAP Fiori applications
• Ensure CVSH is up-to-date on latest available functionality
• Collaborate externally with vendors for best practices and system reviews
• Facilitate training sessions and working groups to enhance user understanding
• Serve as Finance subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA
• Support day-to-day operations and user inquiries
• Troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable solutions
• Support finance teams in adopting new SAP capabilities
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides
• Support financial data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Maintain master data and configuration settings
• Identify and implement process enhancements
• Participate in cross-functional meetings
• Contribute to change management efforts

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems
• 3+ years of experience supporting SAP ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities
