Job Responsibility

Assisting in various Tech Finance projects. Roadmap projects include Chrome River PO, implementing Intapp Billstream (Paperless Proforma) and moving to Elite 3E Cloud
Development and testing of Tech Finance applications to include 3E, Paperless Proforma, 3E Templates, eBH, Emburse and Intapp Time
Monitor and troubleshoot the various integrations between all applications and 3E, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Provide team assistance on Tech Finance support tickets and cover during busy periods and holidays
Month-end system procedures, to include system balancing, integrity checks, FX Reval and monthly close of inactive clients and matters
Take a role in the support of the firm’s Tech Finance systems globally
Documentation preparation and maintenance, including functional specifications, communications, training documents and system setup processes following a robust change control process
Work with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to ensure delivery to Time, Quality & Cost
Act as an agent for change, driving transformational change to improve the way Finance and Technology operates around end to end processes
Regular interaction with Technology teams and Project Managers whilst undertaking various internal tasks and projects
