Job Description

Eftsure is a fast-scaling SaaS company on a mission to eliminate payment fraud. Our platform protects organisations by verifying suppliers and safeguarding business payments, helping finance teams move money with confidence. We're looking for a Finance Systems Accountant to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a hands-on systems ownership role, ideal for someone who enjoys improving finance processes, solving complex ERP challenges and making business systems work smarter. You'll be the go-to expert for our finance systems ecosystem, with Sage Intacct at its core, ensuring our ERP and connected platforms remain scalable, well governed and fit for a rapidly growing global business. Working closely with our Group Controller and CFO, you'll own day-to-day ERP administration, support integrations across our finance technology stack, assist with acquisitions and new entity rollouts, and continuously identify opportunities to automate and improve how Finance operates.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the administration, configuration and ongoing optimisation of Sage Intacct and the wider finance systems landscape
  • Manage ERP configuration including user access, workflows, master data, chart of accounts and system controls
  • Maintain integrations between Sage Intacct and connected platforms including AP automation, payroll, CRM, expense management and other finance applications
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, investigate data discrepancies and ensure information flows accurately across systems
  • Support ERP implementations, migrations and onboarding of newly acquired entities into Eftsure's finance environment
  • Partner with external implementation specialists to deliver system enhancements and integration projects
  • Build and maintain finance reporting, dashboards and system documentation
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes and continuously improve the efficiency, governance and scalability of our finance systems.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience administering an enterprise or mid-market ERP platform such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle or similar
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations or finance transformation projects
  • Exposure to maintaining integrations between ERP platforms and other finance systems
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, including the general ledger, month-end close and multi-entity environments
  • Confidence working with finance stakeholders and translating business requirements into practical system solutions
  • A structured approach to documentation, governance and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

  • Worked within a high-growth SaaS or technology business
  • Exposure to BI reporting tools
  • Supported finance systems through acquisitions.
