An exciting fixed term contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance System Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in the modernisation of UK Sport’s finance systems. This role offers a rare opportunity to lead a high-profile finance transformation programme and leave a lasting impact on how finance operates across UK Sport.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end transformation of the finance system
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of Microsoft Business Central
  • Provide leadership across system design, delivery, testing and go-live
  • Ensure the solution supports efficient, scalable and digitally enabled finance operations
  • Act as the key link between technical and finance stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Oversee user acceptance testing
  • Lead change management activity including training, documentation and adoption planning
  • Play a key role in standardising finance processes, improving data quality and driving automation

Requirements

  • Strong track record of leading and delivering finance system transformations
  • Hands-on experience of MS Business Central and/or MS Dynamics 365 Finance
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes
  • Communication skills to translate technical information into easily understandable actions
  • Confidence working in a complex, fast-paced environment
