Job Description:

Lead financial planning & analysis and system management for a dynamic international team! 1-year fixed-term contract. Our client is a leading global player in the life sciences industry, known for its commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technology. They foster a collaborative and supportive environment, valuing both individual contributions and teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, and variance analysis
Manage and support the annual budgeting process, including template preparation, user training, and budget review
Support business funding requests to the parent company, including preparation of cash flow projections
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improving business performance
Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and other functions
Manage and improve financial systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a multinational corporation
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charting)
Proficiency in at least one automation/BI tool (VBA, Python, or Power BI)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English
