As the Finance Supervisor/Management Accountant, you will play a vital role in providing key reporting to business leaders and contributing to decision-making processes. Job Responsibility:

  • Providing sales reporting, calculating commissions, and bonuses
  • Ensuring accurate accounting entries and reporting on margins
  • Analysing departmental spending against budgets and assisting with annual forecasting
  • Posting journals at month-end and maintaining balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Overseeing management accounts for the Dubai office and providing insightful commentary
  • Supporting external audits and facilitating the provision of information to the audit team
  • Managing company vehicles, insurance, and toll accounts
  • Producing VAT returns and maintaining purchase ledger accuracy
  • Fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests from managers and business leaders
  • Supervising a finance team of 3
  • Providing holiday cover for the finance department

Requirements:

  • Experience in Management Accounts
  • Experience supervising a finance team of 3 or more
  • Competent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organisational abilities and a high level of accuracy
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:
