Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Strategy Analyst to support our CFO and executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and business insight to drive key decision-making. You will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the strategic direction of our organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • You will be the expert on company data, and use that knowledge to answer questions, provide insight and improve the business
  • Help the company scale in an efficient manner through data-driven analysis of how we are executing our plan. This includes identifying, monitoring and reporting on KPIs in salesforce to provide pipeline accuracy, transparency and accountability
  • You’ll be the main “internal consultant” for important strategic items. Perform ad hoc analysis to quickly solve time sensitive operational issues and business cases
  • Monitor day-to-day business trends, market conditions, competitor strategies, and client needs, focusing on both short and long-term impacts to key KPIs and business strategies
  • Work closely with colleagues across the organization and build strong relationships to drive improvements across the business
  • Work with the CFO to maintain the company's financial models, forecasts, and budgets, and to prepare quarterly board meeting presentations
  • Proactively provide updates on progress and/or blockers when working on tasks and seek out feedback for continued self-improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or related finance roles, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented: A strong attention-to-detail and a well-reasoned sense of skepticism toward the results of analyses
