Job Description:

We want to fill this position with a hands-on and detailed individual who can support the needs of the business as we grow as an organization with various revenue channels and payment methods. This role focuses on Account Receivables and Regional Ikea Business Functions.

Job Responsibility:

Financial Record-Keeping
Data Entry
Invoice Processing
Customer Payment Management
Reconciliation
Document Management
Communication
Compliance and Audits

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or other related course with minimum 2-3 years working experience (Accounts Receivables) in retail industry
good command of English (written & spoken)
ability to work independently on multiple tasks and to make priorities
ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Nice to have:

energetic, motivated and proactive person
desire for keeping everything organised and structured
passion for finding new and most pragmatic, yet compliant and better ways of doing things
