Job Responsibility:
Taking the lead on the configuration and adaptation of Odoo
Managing the full accounting cycle from daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations to the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
Navigating the complexities of both Swiss and EU VAT, corporate tax filings, and pension administration
Supporting the business across multiple functions including HR administration (employment contracts, permit applications) and IT coordination
Analyzing business models to recommend cost-effective compliance and the minimization of taxes
Requirements:
Completed commercial education with further training in accounting, taxation, or fiduciary services (Fachfrau/Fachmann im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen or Treuhand)
Fully fluent in both oral and written German and English
Comfortable with Swiss accounting standards (OR)
Proven background in month-end and year-end closings
Self-starter who thrives in a cross-cultural environment
