Finance specialist

• Monitor and track incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate recordkeeping
• Review and process company expenses, ensuring proper allocation and adherence to budget guidelines
• Track cash flow to ensure the company maintains optimal liquidity levels, reporting any discrepancies or concerns to management
• Conduct periodic Profit and Loss (PL) analysis to identify trends, assess financial performance, and provide insights for business decision-making
• Generate financial reports for the management abroad
• Monitor and record depreciation of company assets in compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain accurate tax records, ensuring timely submission of required filings and optimizing tax positions
• Track and reconcile credit card payments and expenses to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Monitor and report on acquisition costs, ensuring proper categorization and alignment with company strategies

• 4 years’ university degree
• Have +2 years experience in finance department
• Experience in FMCG industry is preffered
• Good knowledge of English
• Careful in his/her job
• Team player, self-motivated and with analytical approach
• Strong follow up skills
