Finance specialist

• Process invoices, credit notes, expense claims, and credit card statements in accordance with the company's policies and procedures
• Send invoices to the appropriate individuals to ensure they are charged to the correct account
• Prepare payment runs to ensure timely payments to vendors
• Handle urgent or ad-hoc payments outside of the regular vendor payment cycle
• Maintain accurate records by regularly filing all supporting documentation

• Secondary school education or higher educational qualifications
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Have prior working experience in law firm
• Self-independent and have good interpersonal skills
