Job Description:

The Project Controller is a key member of the Equipment & Projects Finance team, partnering closely with the Project Management organization. The role requires leveraging data and analysis to drive decision-making, with a continuous focus on process simplification and precision while ensuring controllership governance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partnering with Project Managers to provide governance and control on project costs
  • Leading Project Margin Reviews to define the project margin for revenue recognition
  • Assessing exposures, risks, and opportunities to cost estimates and requirements for specific reserves
  • Performing detailed variance analysis versus budgets and benchmarks to identify productivity opportunities
  • Contributing to strategic digitization & simplification projects as a team leader or member (e.g., systems implementation, cross-functional processes, RPA)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent from an accredited university or college
  • Relevant working experience, preferably in the finance team of a multinational company
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills
  • Ability to think strategically and with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex issues within a matrix organization
