Job Description:

The Finance Solutions Sr. Program Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/geographic regions.

Job Responsibility:

Management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas
Leads and directs team of professionals
Contributes to design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions
Participates in formulating strategic direction for finance processes
Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
Operates necessary forums to establish and govern policies for global Finance processes
Incorporates changing business, regulatory and market needs into finance processes
Accountable for delivery of full range of services to businesses/geographic regions
Assesses risk when making business decisions
Drives compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

10+ years of relevant experience
Comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within a function and how they interact
Communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence others
Experience managing competing priorities in complex and dynamic environment
Self-motivated with ability to make decisions in absence of detailed instructions
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
In depth knowledge of banking products/systems highly preferred
CPA preferred
Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
Experience within financial services industry highly preferred
