Job Description

The Finance Senior Manager will report to the Senior Director of Finance, AI Group and support the Datacenter Infrastructure Platform Business Unit as (BU) Controller. This position serves as the key business partner to the BU General Manager and leadership team, providing financial leadership, insight, and strategic support to drive performance and achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary finance partner to the Business Unit General Manager
  • Partner with Datacenter Infrastructure leadership to shape business strategy
  • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, program management, procurement and operations
  • Support infrastructure investment planning
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Monitor operating expenses and capital related investments
  • Develop long-range financial planning and scenario analysis
  • Improve financial transparency by establishing clear metrics
  • Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to company financial policies
  • Partner with Corporate Finance, Accounting, and other BU Finance teams

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in Finance, including significant exposure to BU, platform, or P&L Management roles
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, platform, or engineering-heavy organizations (datacenter, cloud, AI/ML, or hardware environments preferred)
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • proficiency with Excel expertise
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading teams
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and challenging environment
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
