Finance Reporting Senior Analyst

• Support the analysis and submission of reports to various constituencies
• assist with closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing appropriate required adjustment entries and consolidating financials
• perform analysis of financial results and conclude cause of variances
• produce metrics to senior management highlighting key issues and remediation status
• assist in the development of process efficiencies and improvement efforts
• interpret policies, guidelines, and processes and resolve complex problems and transactions
• appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
• conduct iterative testing and user acceptability testing (UAT) performance.

• 5+ years work experience in finance, accounting and/or software development
• experience managing large tasks in complex environments
• effective written and verbal communication skills
• experience working with and analyzing large datasets
• quick learner with analysis, data preparation, and interpretation skills
• experience in Financial Services Industry
• ability to read, write, and understand Python, SQL, and VBA
• advanced Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• RPA, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform a plus
• strong attention to detail
• ability to produce polished, high quality and accurate work products
• ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with a tireless work ethic.
