Job Description:

The Regulatory Reporting Analyst role is a senior analyst position within the Controllers Organization that will report up through the Global Head of Regulatory and Capital Reporting. The individual will support the preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reports to various constituencies (local regulators, U.S. Federal Reserve, OCC, etc.) based on applicable requirements such as U.S. Regulatory and local regulatory reporting rules and instructions.

Job Responsibility:

Support the production, review and timely submission of regulatory filings and reports to U.S. regulators
Monitor and manage key metrics associated with reports to identify challenges and issues
Collaborate with the team to drive process improvements
Assist the team during regulatory inquiries and examinations
Work with peers and program leaders on the implementation of U.S. regulatory changes within the reporting framework
Partner with Risk & Controls team to maintain and enhance an effective internal control’s structure
Perform analysis of financial results and conclude cause of variances

Requirements:

5+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting
Foundational knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports
Familiarity in Basel III capital regulations, GAAP/SEC Reporting and stress testing frameworks like CCAR
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong technical problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic environment
Experience managing large tasks in complex environments
Bachelor's/University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
