Job Description:

The Intermediate Finance Analyst is a developing professional role that integrates in-depth specialty knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. The role applies analytical thinking, data analysis, and independent judgment in resolving problems. It oversees end-to-end management of queries and incidents affecting financial platforms, collaborates with multiple teams, and supports regulatory financial reporting.

Job Responsibility:

oversees the end-to-end management of queries, incidents, and issues in the ledger platforms that have, or potentially have, significant financial or regulatory impact to Citi
collaborates across Finance, Technology and Business groups to support the initial engagement, investigation, resolution, escalation, and communication of significant process incidents
plays key roles in strategic projects and initiatives by providing SME knowledge on processes owned
supports the management and control of data flows to and within Finance applications to ensure integrity and completeness of data, including by preparing and recording financial transactions for legal vehicle and regulatory reporting purposes, updating the general ledger, recording financial transactions, and preparing of consolidated financial statements, in accordance with management reporting requirements, for legal vehicle & regulatory purposes
implements work flow or process change and redesign
assists in the management of one or more processes, reports, procedures or products
directs day-to-day work of junior level employees

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in accounting management with commensurate stakeholder management experience
experience with issue management, system data flow/operations, and stakeholder management
knowledge of Citi ledgers (Full Suite, PEARL, Accounting Engine, Flexcube, and FMS) and end-to-end data flow is an advantage
adept in MS Office tools (Excel and Powerpoint)
amenable to work mid morning shift (11AM - 8PM/12PM - 9PM PH time)
Bachelor’s/University degree graduate

Nice to have:

knowledge of Citi ledgers (Full Suite, PEARL, Accounting Engine, Flexcube, and FMS)
adept in other presentation tools
