Job Description:

Citi Finance is responsible for the firm’s financial management and related controls. The team manages key Citi initiatives such as quarterly earnings processes and compliance with financial rules and regulations. This role involves financial reporting, compliance, and specialized accounting tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Supports the management and control of data flows to and within Finance applications to ensure integrity and completeness of data
Prepares and records financial transactions for legal vehicle and regulatory reporting purposes
Updates the general ledger
Records financial transactions
Prepares consolidated financial statements in accordance with management reporting requirements for legal vehicle & regulatory purposes
Includes specialized accounting such as equity compensation, securitization, payroll and investment accounting
Identifies and resolves problems using independent judgment
Implements work flow or process change and redesign
Uses a strong basic understanding of the specific function
Accountable for regular reporting or process administration as 'owner'
Directs day-to-day work of junior level employees

Requirements:

2-5 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting
Proficient in MS Excel
Full Suite incident management experience will be an advantage
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
