Job Description:

The Finance Reporting Analyst role applies specialty knowledge in assessing, analyzing, and evaluating financial processes. Candidates are expected to support data integrity, regulatory reporting, and manage financial transactions with limited but direct impact on their team.

Job Responsibility:

Supports the management and control data flows to and within Finance applications
prepares and records financial transactions for legal vehicle and regulatory reporting purposes
updates the general ledger
prepares consolidated financial statements in accordance with management reporting requirements
manages implementation of procedures and report development
adheres to key controls for accounting processes
communicates with legal entity managers
escalates problems or issues as appropriate
applies understanding of team and area integration in accomplishing objectives
assesses policy gaps and applies sound ethical judgment.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in accounting management (combination of education/experience)
understanding of accounting processes and financial controls
credible challenge
financial accounting
management reporting
knowledge of policy and regulation
risk management
understanding of how teams interact within a financial institution.
