Job Description:

The Finance Acctg Analyst 2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.

Job Responsibility:

Part of Manual Billings and settlement team for EMEA countries
Month end close journal posting for APS settlements for countries not on STP
Calculation of Dividend and Profit remittances and initiating the intercompany settlement
Supports management and control data flows to and within Finance applications
Preparation of accounts for process in line with global guidelines
Manages implementation of procedures and development report
Adhere to key controls for accounting process
Communicate with Legal Entity Managers on the status of reconciliations/accounting
Delivers on routine accounting deliverables
Escalates problems or issues relating to transactions, processes, reports or procedures

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in accounting management (combination of education/experience)
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Good understanding of accounting processes and financial controls
Knowledge of management reporting
Understanding of policy and regulation
Risk management skills
