The Finance Manager will lead accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual)
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors
  • Maintain and enhance financial systems and tools
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity planning
  • Handle tax-related matters, including filings and audits
  • Assist in budget and forecast preparation
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Liaise with global headquarters (Europe) on financial matters
  • Lead and develop a team of four professionals

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in finance or accounting
  • 1+ years in a leadership or management role within accounting
  • Fluency in Japanese and Business-level English proficiency
  • ERP usage experience
